Each year deadlines are in place when students may submit online applications. Below are the deadlines for each term:
- Spring Semester - January 2
- Summer Semester - May 1
- Fall Semester - August 1
After the deadline date you will need to complete and submit to the college the paper version of the KCTCS Application for Admission.

For students interested in transfer, the web site features a special section on transfer including three steps to transfer, and planning tools to help navigate the transfer process, explore careers, search colleges/universities and find financial aid.
