KCTCS Tax Service Compliance System is Showcased on ADP's national Webinar Series

VERSAILLES, Ky. (March 25, 2009) - Alicia Smith, Kentucky Community and Technical College payroll tax accountant, will participate in an April 9 webinar ADP's Payroll Tax Service Compliance Successes - a PeopleSoft Case Study that shares best practices relating to payroll tax filing.

Smith's presentation will showcase the partnership between KCTCS and ADP for payroll tax filing while utilizing an in-house payroll system such as PeopleSoft.  The webinar is specifically designed for human resources/payroll staff members plus those staff professionals with shared responsibilities.

The live webinar also is recorded for on demand viewing.

"Basically, I am going to be speaking to many potential ADP clients that use PeopleSoft and explain to them why we chose to outsource our tax filing to ADP," Smith said.   "I also will talk about our best practices and experience with ADP."

"KCTCS was selected from the many ADP clients across the nation to assist in this case study," said KCTCS Vice President Ken Walker.  "I believe this is a perfect way to showcase KCTCS - particularly now that we are launching KCTCS Online."

ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO), TotalSource®, provide employers with a comprehensive Human Resources outsourcing solution that helps reduce the costs and complexities related to employment and human resources management.

As organizations are challenged to remain profitable especially in these economic times, ADP realizes the importance of sharing best practices as it relates to the HR/payroll community.  ADP clients are invited to share their best practices during scheduled webinars and in turn deliver a more powerful message towards achieving business efficiencies and growth to the overall economic diversity.
