KCTCS graduates 2002/03 leadership class

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) recently graduated the 2002/03 class of the President’s Leadership Seminar. The seminar, created by KCTCS President Michael B. McCall, is a professional and organizational development initiative. The experience is designed to grow leaders within KCTCS. Faculty and staff explore in a collegial environment such broad-ranging issues as leadership traits, national issues and trends, professionalism, media relations and customer service. The President’s Leadership Seminar promotes and strengthens leadership in and among faculty and staff to advance the KCTCS Strategic Plan.
